As I said in my last post I do use gloves and wouldn't put my finger in a
baby's mouth without coverage. Heather to me it is not an issue of asking not to
use them - I know that I am free of virus' and illness' but I do not know
that this baby or the mother or even the father is. Some people are HIV
positive and we would never know this - I cannot be the only one thinking this
way, I know I live in NY but AIDs is still everywhere. I will not even touch the
moms pumped milk without gloves either for same issue or not to contaminate
the milk either.
