I can assure everyone that is not from Michigan that babies are indeed required to be in a car seat.  As for bf while in a moving vehicle I will have to ask our local state trooper expert about that.

On another interesting note there was a recent incident in lower Michigan of a patron at a local strip club suing a stripper for spraying him in the eye with breastmilk.  She is counter suing saying he grabbed her breasts which then resulted in him being sprayed and it is illegal for patrons to touch the strippers and lap dancers.   This of course was during WBW!
