Is baby peeing, pooping and gaining adequately (more than 1/2 oz/day) basis?
The answer to that would affect "desireability" baby's long sleep period. If
mom doesn't BF or pump at night, she won't wake up engorged for long, which
will mean a decrease in production. Failing to remove milk for 9 hours is likely
to affect lactational amenorrhea and she could wind up more fertile again,
much sooner...
