I think the women contacting you is confused.  I know of no law anywhere
in the US like that - in fact a standard like that for removal of a
child would in all likelihood be unconstitutional.  Furthermore, I live
in the county next to Lehigh here in Pennsylvania where we don't have
protective legislation (except for a pretty good Philadelphia city
ordinance) but there is no explicitly anti-breastfeeding law either.
 Feel free to give her my e-mail as a breastfeeding lawyer in Montgomery
County.  I would be curious to know where in the world she got the
notion such a law exists.
