Christy Ann,
You asked about vitamin supplements that can help repeated blocked
ducts. Lecithin can often help, and has been mentioned by others. But I wanted
to add that a couple mothers I have worked with actually had ductal thrush
infections without any other symptoms in mom or baby. When treated with oral
antifungal, the repeated blocks stopped.
