Dear Friends:
I know that Cipro is now AAP approved for use in breastfeeding mothers.
However, please remember that the side effects of this class of antibiotics
are dreadful, and have impact on the mother!
GI distress, and CNS symptoms are but a few. And now, because of the
anthrax scare, organisms are becoming resistant to Cipro.
