A family friend gave an adult education class on sleep. She made up for the class a handout with this quote from Samuel Taylor Coleridge "Sleep it is a precious thing, beloved from pole to pole. To Mary Queen the praise be given, She sent the gentle sleep from Heaven That slipped into my soul." She included a picture of my then 1 month old twins sleeping side by side. I have this picture framed in their room, where I spend most of the night co-sleeping these now three year olds, and their five year old brother. Things are getting a bit too crowded, and I am looking forward to having more adult time, but it is nice to hear about others who have moved on as a reminder that "This too shall pass."
Thanks,
Jennifer Uttley-Rosado
