I live in Northampton PA. right next to Lehigh County. I am
not aware of any law that prohibits Breastfeeding a toddler.
I see women Breastfeeding in public  frequently although
rarely see a toddler Breastfeeding in public. Two years ago I
assisted in writing a Child Abuse Primer for Health Care
professionals in the LEhigh Valley. One of the contributing
authors was the supervisor of Children and Youth for Lehigh
County. One of the section s dealt with when a health care
professional should  report abuse or neglect. Breastfeeding a
toddler was never in the Primer or discussed when we met to
collaborate. I will discuss this with the CY&F member further
and report back.
