Since I am not from the US, I'm asking for a little help here.  I
have been conversing with a lady from Pennsylvania in Lehigh County,
who claims the following law in her county:

if a child over 3 years of age is found to be breastfed either in
public or in the privacy of their home and someone reports it they
wioll contact children and youth and they will take the child away
from the parent EXSPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A NEWBORN .....That
is when breastfeeding stop for the older.........

As a tandem nurser, I find this 'law', if it is such, obsurd, and I
just can't see this really being a law.

Does anyone know if there is any such law, and if she is reading it
wrong, or interpretting it wrong?  Is the US really that anti-
extended nursing? (is so, thank God I live in Canada)  Where can I
find a reference to this law for my own viewing?  Is there a place (a
courthouse maybe) that I can locate online to help me?

any suggestions to cure my curiosity......
