That happened with my youngest child. I figured it was from a milk sinus(es)
located on the upper part of my nipple/areola. It made sense to me since the
nipple is pulled to the back of the throat, the milk probably sprayed up and
out his nasal passages instead of down his throat. It never seemed to bother
him and I thought it was nature's way of keeping his nasal passages clear
and disinfected. :)
