this reminds me of the Australian Breastfeeding Associations experience when
they released similar ads here in Australia.
if you go their media releases page, scroll down to (or click on the
hyperlink) "March 18th 2002 Breastfeeding ad restricted" and you will get an
idea of what i am talking about.

You can also download their ads which are worth looking at. Well done
indeed. May I suggest (if you haven't already ) that you contact one of the
ABA members listed on the webpage for 'hints' on how to tackle your
anticipated public response? I don't think they would mind ;-)
