Cobbling through my files, I see:
2 Tablespoons per day of lecithin granules are recommended, with it taking
about one week to help with recurrent plugged ducts (thanks to a Lactnet
post by Star Siegfried, relying on Dr. Anne Eglash's recommendation).
But taking too much is not a problem -- as lecithin is simply a food
product, that serves as "Roto Rooter for the veins" (thanks to a Lactnet
post [Ithink] from Pat Gima).
