You are the only one I've heard refer to this. It is what I was
told when I had my first 38 years ago! Even with the small bit of
info I had at that time, I recognized the biggest fallacy of it. I
asked the nurses whether that included the time that baby paused in
sucking or whether I should somehow only count the moments of actual
nursing. I never got a good answer, so immediately ignored the time
limits!
