Dear friends,
Expectant mom asked me whether it is safe to breastfeed with papilloma on
areola. She is worried about passing virus that causes papillomas to baby if
baby detach and swallow this papilloma when breastfeeding. May be she should
remove it now?
I looked in archives, found posts mostly about intraductal papillomas.
Mom is sure that it is papilloma and not an enlarged Montgomery gland. I
have permission to ask.
Sincerely yours,
Victoria Nesterova
