Does anyone know if metronidazole normally begins to dissolve (pill gets
soft) in one's mouth before it can even be swallowed? One website I
checked out says that there may be a "sharp, unpleasant metallic taste,"
but nothing was mentioned about the pill softening. The med is a generic,
not name brand Flagyl.
Thanks.
