Subject: Legal Implications for HIV positive mother
HEy. I was unable to find anything using the archive search. Anyone aware
of attempted prosecution for breastfeeding with HIV in the US? I know I had
seen or read something earlier and the question came up at Newborn Care
Committee meeting this morning. I promised to investigate. Thanks for your
help!
