i am pretty certain Darillyn Starr has tried the TENS-- hopefully she will be
able to share what she found as I don't remember all the details.   I have
read that actual milk removal is a pretty big part of stimulating milk
production, however.  Maybe a TENS could be used in between standard pumping sessions
to augment supply.
