What do you mean by "rosemary oil"--in what form does she plan to use it--topically as an essential oil? Essential fatty acids are just that--essential to human health--most of us are terribly deficient and adding them to the diet can only help--with just about everything. Why in the world would one consult a doctor to eat seeds? BTW, flax seeds are ussless to the body unless they are eaten ground (I use a coffee grinder) or the oil is consumed. They need to be kept frozen and ground in small quantities. At least a teaspoon per day of the seeds is typical use.
But, there are many, mnay other ways to treat PMS--homeopathy, dietary changes (esp elimination of cow milk products and refined foods) and herbs and supplements.
