I mentioned my personal experience with something OTC called Replens.
This product is not really lubrication that is used at the time of
intercourse.  It is really more of a vaginal moisturizer, that is used
to keep all those tissues from feeling so dry.  It can be used daily and
then later, as one feels better, its use can be weaned down to whatever
schedule works for each particular person.
