It may still be reynaud's, IMO. I have it myself &
fingers, toes, etc., do not necessarily turn white
first. My hands (since they're out the most, they're
what I can go by best) can turn bright red first, be
mottled or extremely pale, but often I have seen them
turn blue or purplish. It sometimes occurs only on a
single side. I don't have any doubts that nipples
could behave the same way.
Medication does not relieve my symptoms.
Just my 2 cents worth.
