A mom in my practice recently started progesterone only birth control
pills at 3 weeks postpartum, and noticed a significant decrease in
breast fullness and amount of milk pumped within 24 hours.  Her baby
also noticed, and was ballistic at the change.  She immediately stopped
taking the pill, and her supply recovered gradually over the next week.
