Margaret's calculations are most helpful in evaluating More Milk and More
Milk Plus for over indulging in alcohol. But for my clients I suggest that
they make up 4 doses in one cup (8 oz) of water, leaving the cup uncovered.
They immediately drink 1/4 cup of the mixture and by the time they drink
the next 1/4, the alcohol is dissipated. When they drink their last dose,
they make up another cup.
For the working mothers I suggest that they make up an amount to fill tier
water bottles that they have at work, and drink a couple of gulps every
hour or two. They find that it works well.
So, even though I don't think that the amount of alcohol is of concern, my
plan takes care of it for those mothers who are concerned. Some who take
it long-term (usually employed mothers) just begin taking it directly from
the dropper.
I find that the product works very well for boosting a lagging milk supply.
Of course, it works only if feeding and/or pumping are removing milk from
the breasts.
