Pat and others have mentioned women who had BR surgery while still
relatively young who have gone on to fully BF their baby(s). I wonder if
these young women are more successful because they have altered their
breasts while still an adolescent (younger than 25). Maybe their bodies are
still growing and developing breast tissue? Their bodies may be recovering
from surgery and then some ... ready to lactate again. The body is an
amazing thing and BFIng is the biological norm and imperative.
My crackpot theory ...
