Gosh, Peg, that would be kind of ingenuous, wouldn't it? After all, Medela
announced at the 2002 ILCA conference when they unveiled their Symphony pump
that they had compared it to the Classic which they termed the "gold standard."
Now why would a company phase out a "gold standard" piece of equipment for
that that may be gold plated?
