My sister (N of 1) birthed #3 in Amsterdam. The midwife recommended she have
fennel tea three times a day to "prevent colic." When she went to the store
to get it, the lady behind the counter said, "Oh, you just had a new baby,
right?" Lyn said her three cups a day kept Rebecca very happy and her milk
supply very good. She said if she didn't drink it, she could tell the difference
in Rebecca.
Again, N of 1.
