Along the lines of Sudafed, I have had moms take Benadryl to dry up their
supply, I tell them no stimulation, well fitted sports bra, ice packs,
cabbage leaves and Benadryl (if not allergic). I know there is no medical
evidence to really back this up, but we all know that antihistamines
decrease supply, and for the mom who is in a hurry to do it, it works
beautifully. What do you all think?
