I can feel for you Luann, it does get so discouraging sometimes and especially today after meeting with a mom of a *3 WEEK OLD* who is doing babywise! So what helps me is going to a La Leche League meeting (their toddler meetings work the best if you have one in your area) and usually there will be several moms who are nursing exclusively and babies happily nursing. And then you hear the moms who say thanks and they made it over a challenge and you can see how the moms grow as well as the babies growing on breastmilk as they come back each month. It is definitely these happy moments that keep me doing this and thinking maybe this mom and baby I help will grow into that happy nursing couple.
