I realize this is a bit late.  I had a mom with the same symptoms, itchy red
rash on the breast only.  Sent her to the dermatologist who cultured and
diagnosed staph.  Showed up only on the breast.  Took oral antibiotics and
cleared up nicely.  Her regular physician suggested the rash was spider
bites.  Might suggest the Dr. culture the rash.
