I don't know if they do, but you might want to check with Health
Education Associates. They have many pamphlets on many aspects of
MCH. They keep poduction costs low and therefore they are reasonably
priced, I don't know if they have a permission of copy policy.

The other place to try is the gov't, perhaps CDC. Because
we pay taxes, gov't materials are in the public domain.
