Dear friends,
I work with a physician who had been taking 2 capsules of Fenugreek 2 times
per day for approximately 4 months.  She stopped taking it on 2 separate
occasions - only to find that her milk supply decreased upon cessation of
the herb.  After 4 months of continual use, she noticed a tingling
sensation in her extremities, which subsided when she stopped the
Fenugreek. She feels strongly that her reaction was a result of long term
use of fenugreek.  Has anyone else ever experienced this?
