Jay,
In reference to the baby with extreme food sensitivities: I have a friend whose baby seemed to be allergic to everything--as soon as she took one food out of her diet, it seemd another became a problem. She was eating very few foods and not feeling well b/c of it. I told her about NAET, a system for eliminating allergy by stimulating points on the body that tend to correspond to acupuncture points. In researching this option, she came across a similar process known as Bioset . There was a practitioner here in CT, so she decided to try it and it was very, very successful for her son. I have since done some additional research and found that EFT is also very useful. All methods are similar in design and my sense is that the choice would be in the quality of the practitioner vs the particular technique. I have personally used EFT and have referred several clients who have had success with it as well. Links are below.
