Thanks to all who have responded in this short period of time.  I'vre thought of there being an underlying issue here but would a baby who is self limiting intake be happy?  She's more fussy than anything as the feeding session progresses which mom takes as I've had enough.  There is no real distressed/pain behavior.  I will talk with the pedi again today. There are no unusual resp. sounds coming from her during or after feeding and there has been no vomiting ever but I agree that something is up with this baby.  I've got that nagging feeling which I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about.
