From personal experience.  I hated sleeping in a bra.  And I leaked for more
than 1 year with my 3rd.  I kept towels at the head of my bed and laid them
over me to catch dripping milk.  Once soaked, I would throw it to the foot
of the bed and wash them in the morning, so as to have fresh towels for the
next night.
