I've heard an infectious diseases specialist explain that SARS is a
"droplets-infecions", meaning the infection route is via the humid droples
that leave the body via the airways. No mention of infection via bodily
fluids. So I suppose a breastfeeding mother that is or rmight be infected
could use mouth/nose protection aids (don't know their name in English).
