If breastfeeding were responsible, wouldn't BOTH breasts be swollen?
This child certainly needs to be followed up, but there is absolutely no
evidence that breastfeeding causes breast swelling in infants.  Even the
normal postpartum breast swelling and production of "witches milk" is
caused by progesterone withdrawal from no longer being exposed to the
uterine environment, not anything in the mother's milk.
Sigh.
