In our practice, the CNM's change a woman from prozac to Zoloft or other
option at around 35-26 weeks of pregnancy.....when her intention is to
breastfeed.   Our success with treating the depression has been good.
Occasionally a client will say that the Prozac worked better or she felt
better with the Prozac but they feel that the depression is helped with the
alternative med enough to stay on it.
