I did a Google search on the OSCC or the Oxford Survey of Childhood
Cancers. It gathered data on childhood cancer deaths from 1971 to 1976 and
appears to be the basis for quite a number of other published studies. I
haven't yet found the original OSCC. That's probably where one would find
data on how the children / babies had been fed. The first big omission I
noticed is: what about the childhood cancer survivors?

I also got the impression that the OSCC is an ongoing & growing survey, but
who knows if they are collecting data by the original criteria, or if that
has changed over the years.
