Diane, for the sake of simplicity, how about calling that first day
Day 0? Then the rest of the days have cardinal and ordinal numbers
that match. Much less potential for confusion. These poor
postpartum moms are already weary from trying to figure out how 40
weeks equals 9 months. :-)
