AFter the news article on the mom who nursed another woman's child
without permission, I was wondering if there is any idea on how likely
it would be to come across "the mom" who had a deadly disease and
nursed my child, compared to the possibility of feeding my child a
bottle of recalled formula, if I were a completely AIM-feeding mother?
Which practice is more likely to cause harm?
I'm sure it's the formula, but I don't have any proof...that's just my
thought, that chances are, most moms who breastfeed, and therefore who
could conceiveably nurse my baby, with or without my permission, are
not likely to be virus/bacteria-carrying mothers.
Though it is always a possibility...
Fio.
