The first thing I would do would be to order Pat Lindsey's Lactation
Visit Report.  It is great and lists all the diagnoses as well as
equipment you might use in a consult.  That would certainly give you a
starting point for what to charge for. Her e-mail is [log in to unmask]  I
am in private practice, but it is set up so it can be used in hospital,
clinics, private practice, etc.
