Just for your information, Neocate also comes in a toddler formula
called Neocate 1+  The company also makes flavoring packets, as the
stuff is hideous-tasting.  It costs about USD80 per week for a child who
eats little else, and insurance companies will work hard to avoid paying
for it.  It is so expensive that I have heard of parents in financial
trouble, because the pharmacy insists on prepayment, while insurance, if
it pays even 50%, is 6mo behind.

This was the only formula my son would have been able to drink, had I
not been breastfeeding.  And he wouldn't have been able to use the
flavor packets, because they are loaded with artificial colors and corn
syrup.

Personally, I would rather risk donor milk from friends.
