I think that the comments you made below are very helpful.
I was thinking about application of programs encouraging relactation and
wondering whether you could provide some history into the relactation
programs that existed in outback Aboriginal Australia in the 60s/70s? I know
very little about this except what I have gathered from early stuff you
wrote for NMAA now ABA (Judy Gifford dug into her archives for me).
