Martha Johnson is the author of the Bill--and a major force behind its
progress. It was a pleasure to meet her at the state capitol in Salem,
Oregon, USA when several of us Oregonians came to offer support and testify
before the Senate committee that ultimately passed the Bill to the Senate.
Martha and Dixie both deserve a great deal of appreciation for keeping this
Bill moving along--as do the 22 senators who voted in favor of the Bill!
