Darillyn stated:
"The slightest touch,
even of my clothing moving over my bra, would elicit hard spasms. It helped
to cover my nipples very well, with several layers of a soft, fluffy cloth
diaper, in between nursings."
A mom I worked with who had nipple vasospams tried wool breast pads at my
suggestion and found great relief in these (they kept her breast and nipples
warm and spasm free until removed for feeds). She did soon after take
Nifedipine which helped even more. Just a thought for fibromyalgia mom.
