Oh HOW do you do that? I'd give anything for even one night a week of 8
hours of uninterrupted sleep. Hey -- I'd even go for SIX hours uninterrupted!!!
I get less sleep now that my kids are grown and out of the house than I did
when they were babies and nursing/co-sleeping -- and even less than when they
were teenagers.....
So if you have the secret to not waking up to check the clock or go to the
bathroom or turn over or get a drink of water, please, please share it. I'm
feeling very sleep deprived in my old age.
