I think tincture of time, with mom and baby (and toddler too!) in bed and
nursing w/ a supplementer, if possible. She needs lots of rest and everyone
to wait on her right now. I think that would work best, even better than
pumping. She has been very stressed (her body) and likely very worried about
it all too.
