I spoke to Lisa Marasco about this case, and she said that adrenal
hyperplasia can cause disruptions in milk production similar to those of
some women with PCOS. Does this mom with CAH have any signs of
hyperandrogenism - hirsuitism, acne, etc? If so, that's a possible
point of attack to improve her milk supply. If the androgens can be
normalized, perhaps she can make more milk.
