I was going to post our solution until I realized the question came from
Dubai and probably this solution is not available there - but just in case
it helps someone with a similar problem:

Our meetings (including children) are held in a nursing (assisted living)
Home.  The elderly people in this location are NOT exceedingly ill, they do
need support in terms of meals, transportation, etc.  The LOVE to see us
arrive with our babies and make every excuse they can to come by to see
them.  (not that they need an excuse, but they feel they do).

It has been a very happy collaboration.
