Unless the trauma were sufficient to cause fat necrosis, I don't imagine
that a sports injury would damage the breast's ability to make milk,
particularly if the trauma occurs before the first pregnancy when most
of the ductal structure has not yet been established. Fat necrosis can
be pretty destructive, though, and might spread to the ducts. Just
speculating here.
