I suspect that the breast growth is stretching the scar tissue and
making it a little tender.  If so, she may experience this until the
breasts reach full lactating size.  I wonder if any of the new scar
treatment lotions would help-before delivery at least-don't know the
ingredients and whether having the lotion on when baby nurses would
introduce anything to baby that shouldn't be.

She might find that using positions that avoid having baby's lower
jaw over the scar area would be more comfprtable.  Since the lower
jaw "does most of the work" it would follow that that region might
get the most stretching during nursing.
